If your item arrives to you damaged or broken, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the package. Please include a picture of the item(s) and state wether you would like a refund, or a replacement to be shipped to you. Claims filed after 30 days will not be accepted.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, send us an email to email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and we will work with you to make sure you feel confident behind our products. Any Item that is used will not be eligible for refunds, and instead store credit will be issued.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds.
