FAQs

What Are Our Candles Made Of?

Our candles are a soy blend with cotton wick. Our candles do contain a very small amount of paraffin wax this is done in order to create the most stable and enjoyable product possible. We are constantly working on improving our products in order to provide you with the best possible experience and uphold sustainable practices. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

What Are We Doing For The Environment?

We partner with several non-profits that are focused and determined to help improve our planet. We want our customers to know that by buying our product they are helping us make a small difference. We encourage everyone who buys our product to be mindful, recycle the packaging and reuse the jars in as many create ways as possible. Check out our plan page and share your up-cycle ideas with us on instagram @cactuscandle.co

How Do I Get The Most From My Candle?

This candle will stink up your whole room so you may leave it out for a few days before lighting it. We recommend burning your candle for at least 3 hours on its first burn to ensure an even melting pool. These candles are sturdy, but once your candle burns to its maximum, around 1.5-2cm from the bottom, we recommend to remove the candle from any surface due to heat marks.

Why does my Candle have imperfections?

Each and every candle is made by hand. As with most things hand made, imperfection can happen, but this is what we believe makes them perfectly imperfect. If for any reason, you find that your candle is unable to perform its intended function, let us know and we will be more than happy to send you a new one. See our shipping and return policies here.

When Will We Have New Products?

We are always mixing and creating new scents to enjoy. We will make an announcement anytime we have a new scent so follow our instagram @CactusCandle.co for all the updates. You will also be the first to know about any new products we have coming up. More jewelry, candles, and home goods coming soon.
